2021 Force Gurkha

Exterior & Design

It was showcased earlier at the Auto Expo 2020 and to be precise, the overall silhouette remains exactly the same. Some minor upgrades in the form of a revised grille, large windshield (side and rear) and bumpers can be witnessed with bare eyes. Interestingly, few brand new badges including a ‘4X4X4’ help in enhancing the overall stance.

According to the brand, the 2021 Gurkha comes with a 700mm water wading capacity with a factory-fitted snorkel that helps it. A new set of LED headlight also gets a thumbs up when it comes to visibility at night.

Interior & Safety

The most prominent change on the inside is the second row. Mind you, it now comes with captain chairs that face towards the front and offers a decent amount of legroom. Even the entire dashboard feels fresh with new AC vents and a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto just like the Thar.

The steering wheel on the new Gurkha can also be adjusted for both reach and rake.

On the safety front, it comes equipped with features such as dual airbags, ABS, tyre pressure monitoring system and rear parking sensors among others.
