2023 Mercedes A-Class saloon facelift design

The design of the updated Mercedes A-Class saloon doesn’t look to stray too far from the current car, and this is no bad thing.
The heavy camouflage at the front suggests some refreshed bumpers, while the headlights also look like they’ve received a makeover.

At the back, not much is left to the imagination. Aside from some new lights, it’s A-Class business as usual.
While we don’t have pictures of the updated A-Class hatchback, it’s safe to say it will receive similar treatment.

The updated A-Class saloon’s interior isn’t expected to change much compared to the current model
The current A-Class already has a stylish and high-tech cabin, so don’t expect huge changes here.
While there’s no word currently on what updates will be made to the interior, it’s highly likely that the new A-Class will get the latest MBUX infotainment system with improved voice commands, as well as a bigger screen.
2023 Mercedes A-Class saloon facelift engines
No announcement has been made yet as to the engine options in the new A-Class saloon, but expect it to be broadly similar to the current car.
The existing range includes two diesel and three petrol engines. This is unlikely to change dramatically, however there is the possibility of mild-hybrid technology to improve fuel economy.
Gearbox choices are also likely to stay the same, with the existing options being a six-speed manual, a seven-speed automatic or an eight-speed automatic.
2023 Mercedes A-Class saloon facelift price and release date
